Labor Day Yoga and Meditation on the Deck with Stacy Hein
Monday, Sept 5th, 10:30 am. Join us on the deck for a morning practice (slow, ashtanga with some yin to wind down) followed immediately by a RAIN meditation.
A wonderful addition to your long weekend, and an opportunity to practice outdoors with all the benefits of fresh mountain air, abundant greenery, the sound of birds and the town below. Stay and explore JT afterward if you feel called.
