Magick School Presents, Self-Love September.

Self-love and self-love spells are base level the greatest form of Magick you could possibly perform if you never perform or practice any other type of alchemy in my honest opinion and here's just a few reasons why.

Knowing thy-self is not only the greatest gift you could give to you (& your loved ones) but the best example and boundary you could set for everyone around you too.

Self -love spells are in fact PROTECTION spells. Full stop.

When you pour into your cup, the true essence of who you are radiates to the world at large, heck even the multi-verse which magnetizes you to the core for drawing all things in to your life that your soul desires. You become law of attraction vibes.

On a more personal note, self-love spells saved me from myself thirty some years ago when I suffered from disordered eating, loneliness, addiction and low self esteem. Spending time on a Friday night doing ritual with the Goddess Venus in a bath drawn with rose petals and sea salt sure beat the same old piss smelled dive bar wasting money I didn't have. Spending time with me, getting to know who I was, what I wanted, where I wanted to go, and my souls deepest desires was the best investment I could possibly make in me (and my future). It was the beginning of the end of bad relationships also and the journey into an adventure of a lifetime with magick and Goddess.

Still, it has taken me a greater part of my existence to become enamored with who and what I am, not just what my body looks like. But I finally accept all of my imperfections and that's not an easy task for a Virgo. The Venusian mantra that got me here: I love all of me & I'm confident in that love.
