Your card pull & thoughts....

Wow.

Are you as anxious and stressed out?

Are you in the middle of interpersonal drama or feel crushed by the anticipation of geo political pressures? Welp, you're not alone. Deep breath.

Think about that one thing that's weighing on your heart the most and connect it to the image / cards. Which card calls to you? Is it one specific card? Focus.

Seven of Wands

You worked hard to get to where you are, but people covet what you did and what you got. While it's flattering that they strive for your success, it also makes for a tense & competitive environment bc you need to protect what you earned & must continually prove yourself. Sad fact; the more visibility you have, other's will challenge or question your success. It's the ‘tall poppy syndrome’. When the Seven of Wands appears, expect an increase in ‘haters’, trolls and people who disagree with you. Sometimes, this threat or opposition may catch you by surprise, and you feel inadequately prepared for such a battle. Perhaps mentally map out any potential threats or risks before moving ahead with your plans. That way, you can have a ‘worst-case scenario’ plan ready to go.

The Seven of Wands can also mean a challenge to the success of a creative project from an external source. Overcome this by drawing upon your strong self-confidence and continual self-improvement. Establish boundaries then protect them so that others do not mess with you. This will require courage and persistence, You have the strength and determination to do it. Keep fighting for what you believe in and confront those who may oppose or threaten you.

Judgement Rise to embrace a higher level of consciousness for the service of your Highest Good. You're experiencing a spiritual awakening, realizing you are destined for so much more. This is your cosmic up-levelling! Let go of your old self. Step into this newest version of who you really are. You may need to make a life-changing decision requiring a blend of intuition and intellect. You may be at a crossroads, aware that any choice you make will bring a significant change with long-lasting effects. Tune in to your Higher Self, trust your judgement. Know you are on the right path. If you still need clarity, look to your past and life lessons to guide you.

Judgement pops up in a reading when you're close to reaching a significant stage in your journey. All the pieces of the puzzle of life are coming together to form one, unified picture of your story. This integration has healed deep wounds, and you're able to put the past behind you. You've found absolution, having cleared any wrongdoings or regrets, and releasing any guilt or sadness about the past. This purging process will leave you refreshed and ready to take on any new challenges.

Finally - if the above doesn't resonate, perhaps you will find comfort in sharing your struggles with others within a group environment. There will be others who've experienced something similar & can show you a different perspective from your troubles. Let them guide you - rise together.

:

Ten of Pentacles You've reached a point of completion & accomplishment in your journey- a successful career path, smart financial investments, a stable home environment and/or a possible committed and long-term relationship. You've accumulated wealth & abundance through hard work. Share this wealth with others. This is one of those cards that promise everything will eventually come together and you will be proud of everything you achieved.

When the Ten of Pentacles appears in a reading, you're surrounded by wealth & blessed with abundance. There is no ‘wanting’ for more; you have everything you need, especially within the material realm. Trust that, because of your personal successes and accomplishments, you'll always have what you need and desire. Express sincere gratitude for fulfilling your material goals and dreams.

In closing - Eclipse week thoughts.... I chose this weeks artistic image to accompany & compliment the cards - because I can't help but think of all that is on the line this Tuesday - for women in the United States as we step to the polls. No one should be able to tell us how to control, make choices, or govern who we are as a people or gender or ask us to give up the autonomy and sovereignty of our bodies. Not someone else's politics or faith, not someones idea of what they think is best for one person or for the majority. PERIOD. I think about women and children in Iran right now loosing their lives for the freedom to express themselves outside oppression of their current regime. My heart breaks for the collective pain and suffering but at the same time I'm excited for the revolution that is happening that will hopefully one day set them free. I think about women in political or religious groups oppressing or supporting the oppression of other women because they think that governments or churches know best for our bodies, minds and lives better than we know ourselves. It is these women I feel disconnected to when it comes to how to speak to them or feel empathy even when it's definitely not reciprocated. The woman in the box for me is also a symbolic reminder of death and how over one million of us lost our lives under the last President & Republican rule because of poor first response to the pandemic and the regurgitation of misinformation within that administration. It horrifically reminds me of how empathy was replaced with narcissism and self interest rather than safety and well being for the good of all and I grieve for those who Covid forever silenced. I think about how "thinking outside the box" was an ideal concept but also a pathway for the spread of mis and disinformation when it comes to the internet and "doing your own research" , how facsism continues to grow and how it wove it's tentacles into the new age spiritual, holistic and yogic communities. Finally, I think of all the personal ties unbound because of difference of politics. How radicalizing our opinions made us so separate that we forgot that we were actually in this together - especially now - with media outlets & astrology murmuring "civil war.

I am anxious yet hopeful. I am scared yet I know we must go on. These are just thoughts I have - as an artist, as a mother, a witch - as a woman in the current world we are living in. I don't have any long term solution based offerings. I only politely suggest we each answer the immediate call to vote on Tuesday because I believe there is strength in numbers and that voting at it's core our civic duty, the very, very least we can do. Best wishes & all my love - M
