The Ten of Wands. Burning both ends of the candle at the same time. This card appears when you're consciously or unconsciously taking on too much responsibility, then finding yourself burnt out.
Women in general are super multi-takers. And while that maybe a biological truth, please in this moment, do not try to do everything at once. Just pause to examine your current lifestyle or work.
Assess which activities or tasks are urgent or important, particularly concerning your broader goals. You may need to employ various time management and/or organizational methods to determine where/how best to spend your time and which tasks you can drop, and knowing where everything is.
The goal: higher efficiency while freeing yourself up for rest/relaxation when you need it.
The good news: this card represent the completion of a cycle, like light at the end of the tunnel stuff! You've been pushing yourself & working very hard towards your goal.
Now, you're taking the final steps to realizing your dreams. (And CONGRATS!)

IE; It's like a business owner who creates a flourishing business but is unprepared to delegate some of his/her responsibilities to staff & ends up working 70+ hours a week.
The inspo & creativity that came with your initial goal or vision have potential for getting lost. Everything becomes hard work too quickly. So it is essential to be prepared and/or delegate responsibilities (like a boss!) to free you up to still enjoy your beautiful life - because trust this: life is short, and you want to make sure you are getting the best and most out of it.
